Sleep Debt occurs when a Megalosaurus is unable to sleep during the day, caused by "Sleep Deprived". It's shocking to me that the devs would make the Megalosaurus such an OP dinosaur. Be wary though that if you encounter one during the day, even touching it will make it instantly arise and cause it to be aggressive towards you.
